Inside Sales Representative

Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Primary Purpose: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for 100% attainment of his/her annual goals and sales plans. ISR is expected to champion Corvest’s value proposition/message within the marketplace, target sales opportunities, drive revenue, develop flagship accounts and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction within his/her assigned customer base/territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 60 quality outbound calls to customers within the assigned geographic region on a daily basis to help direct and manage the efforts of these independent distributor customers in selling Corvest products.
- Educate distributor salespeople on the products, programs and services offered by Corvest.
- Follow up on all leads received, ensuring every sales opportunity is responded to and supported. Analyze sales data on an ongoing basis to evaluate opportunities within targeted customer base.
- Ability to develop effective promotions, or other incentives for sales opportunities, for Corvest products with each customer.
- Provide weekly written reports of relevant field activity, including competitive information, specific account information, product & services feedback from customers, as well as industry developments.
- Represent Corvest at industry events and trade shows when necessary.
- Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to approach territory goals and coverage from a team perspective.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent planning and self organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Computer skills, preferably knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with contact management software like Act!, Goldmine, SalesLogix, etc.
- Sales experience preferred
